Denbury Way renovation
Whole-house renovation of a two-story 1979 Houston home, taken from the keys in July to a staged listing in October 2026.
The first project to carry the Reborn Build name, taken from the keys in July to the market in October. Sage shaker cabinets, quartz counters and pendant lighting went into the kitchen; wide-plank floors run through every room; the two-story fireplace was painted white with the stained-wood chase kept above the mantel. The primary bath got a double vanity and a marble-look shower with a black accent band and brushed-gold fixtures, the powder room went navy with gold hardware, and the entry walkway was re-laid in pea gravel. The frames here are the house staged for its listing.
